Welcome to Blackburn Hall Renovations, specializing in character homes throughout the GTHA.  As an independent contractor and carpenter, I work with you to create warm, useful, and functional spaces; all the while respecting the original character and beauty of your home.  With close to two decades of experience, I bring a wide array of skills to each project. I perform the vast majority of work myself, and oversee all aspects of the building and finishing process. I only employ trusted, licensed sub-trades, (ie. plumbing and electrical), ensuring your home is always in the best of hands.

All done! I really enjoyed this project. I was asked to re-create the posts and balustrades to match the original portion of the veranda from the 1930’s. They were made from clear douglas fir and the decking is grey accoya. Pressure treated
